To lead the provision of all accounting (financial and management accounting), tax,
treasury and financial operations within Macmillan. Develop and implement a strategy to
ensure the division runs efficiently, effectively and can demonstrate the highest financial
control standards to support the organisation to deliver its strategic goals and operational
KPIs
To lead the creation and development of a strategic finance business partnering team to
enable Macmillan to deliver its financial and commercial organisational goals in the most
effective way.
Provide expert support and advice to your directorate(s) on financial decision making,
preparing analysis and management reports. Challenge the directorate(s) to take the best
decisions for the organisation, taking into account the financial impact, most effective use
of resources and corporate strategic objectives.
The Head of Finance (Planning and Reporting) will be responsible for the overall
management of Macmillan’s financial plans, budgets and financial performance reporting.
To provide management and Trustees with financial information, advice and support they
need to lead, manage and make effective decisions
