During your 6 week course, you and your equally brilliant peers will be put through your paces!

You’ll have a lot of fun, learn a lot and no stones will be left unturned.

Most of all, you’ll feel welcomed and a part of the furniture and everything that there is to come!
For 6 weeks, you will all split your time learning everything there is to know about

Recruitment (how and how not to…., do’s and don’ts; temporary, permanent, retained; Managed Service Solutions; frameworks, placements, interviews, sourcing, sifting etc),

Allen Lane (history, present, future, opportunities, people, values),
​
-
The Public and not for Profit Sector (NHS, Education, Local Government, Central Government, Charities and Arts, Housing; client engagement);
​

Key work and life skills (presentations, written skills and time management) and so much more!
Looking forward to the party at the end of the programme – then life as a recruiter really begins.
