OUR WORK WITH YOUNG PEOPLE

YOUNG CREATIVES
We run numerous projects for 11 - 25 year-olds. There are loads of opportunities to shape their skills in the Paul Hamlyn Roundhouse Studios.
Here are just a few examples of what we do at the Roundhouse for those young creatives.
MEDIA PROJECTS
We offer expert advice to young peope wanting to producing their own radio show, reporting from festivals, creating apps, or making the types of films they'd like to watch.
MUSIC PROJECTS
We can help young people get started by bringing them together in bands, choirs or ensembles, developing their skills, providing support at each step, and offering a space to rehearse, record and perform.
PERFORMING ARTS PROJECTS
From street circus to spoken word, all our projects give young people the chance to team up with professional to create something truly amazing.
SCHOOLS & COLLEGES
We work closely with schools, colleges, pupil referral units and special schools across London to offer a range of supported creative learning sessions.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT
The Roundhouse is a place for everyone, and we don’t want money to hold anyone back from getting involved.
So if there’s anything that could stop someones from attending projects or events that could be helped by financial support – including help with project costs, transport and childcare – then we are here to help with bursaries designed to support in taking the next step in developing creative skills.
INFORMATION AND ADVICE BASE
The Roundhouse Information & Advice Base is a dedicated space inside the Paul Hamlyn Roundhouse Studios where all 11-25 year olds taking part in Roundhouse projects and activities can get help and support from our Youth Support team.
