We are entering an exciting time at Sixty Bricks Limited. The new Board structure led by the Chair Paul Lowenberg has overseen the arrival of new Chief Executive, permanent Director of Finance & Resources and Development Director role to be imminently recruited to complete the Executive Management Team.

The Company has an ambitious 10-year business plan to deliver 4,000 new homes in Waltham Forest which has been approved by the Shareholder (London Borough of Waltham Forest).

Having completed the first exciting scheme at Centenary House in August 2021, the Company is well placed to deliver excellent quality homes which aim to meet 50% affordable as well as carbon neutral targets.

​

These roles will play an important part in delivering that plan.  As well as delivering excellent financial control, your experience in improving processes and systems will be of benefit to the whole organisation.

You will be someone who embraces new technology to improve automation and efficiency, but also enjoys working with internal customers who often don’t have a financial background to provide essential finance support to project management.
