Our corporate priorities for 2014 to 2018 are to:

transform our Council in tough times to be dynamic and responsive to the challenges of the future
The Corporate Strategy 2014-18 is the main document which sets out what our corporate priorities are for the coming years. We use our Corporate Strategy to explain the work we plan to do and how we are going to deliver it. The document includes information about engagement work, transformation and how we fund our services.
