Thank you for your interest in the Senior Manager Accounting and Reporting here at Jewish Care.  We are the largest health and social care charity for the UK’s Jewish community. Our 1,300 strong workforce supported by a team of 3,000 volunteers touch the lives of 10,000 people every week through our Care Homes, Retirement Living, Day Centres and Community Services.

 

We are a well-respected organisation, not only in the Jewish Community but in the wider charity and social care world, for the quality of our services and the dedication and sensitivity with which we deliver them.

 

Having become Director of Finance and IT just over a year ago, I am gradually restructuring the finance function to deliver efficient compliance, insightful management information and effective decision support.  As the Senior Manager, Accounting and Reporting you will be responsible for developing a team and its processes, to deliver efficient compliance and insightful management information.  In so doing you will play a key role in making sure we deliver the most Jewish Care can, to the people it cares for. 

 

You will be a highly skilled manager who knows what world class accounting and reporting looks like, has experience of developing high performing teams and empathises with Jewish Care’s vision and values.
