Local Government Recruitment at Allen Lane

Allen Lane have been supplying Local Government and their partnership organisations since our inceptions in 2004. We are a trusted recruiter to the sector and have been on the Local Government Recruitment Partnership framework since 2015, where we are consistently one of the highest performing Consultancies on the framework.  

  

We supply a range of disciplines across corporate services including Finance, IT, Digital, Procurement, Project Management, Risk and Governance. 

  

At Allen Lane we have an exceptional track record of delivery, having successfully run both interim and permanent campaigns with Authorities across the UK. From delivering recruitment campaigns post restructure of the Procurement team (20+ roles) and Finance team (10 + roles) at Westminster and the IT team at Redbridge (40 roles), to recruiting teams of interim to help deliver turnaround projects at Councils including Slough, Croydon and Birmingham. 

  

We are extremely lucky to have a talented team of consultants who care deeply and are knowledgeable about the sector they recruit for. This has allowed us to develop an excellent network across the sector.  

  

As part of our commitment to the sector, we have also run mentoring events and seminars to help develop future leaders.
