The Process

Please submit your CV to hcc@allenlane.co.uk with your supporting statement (no more than 2 pages as per below) or call Will Ryan on 07789 871 864 to initially discuss the roles/your suitability.

Please apply as soon as you are able to do so (rather than waiting to the application deadline).

Please ensure the supporting statement is no longer than 2 pages. It should include why you are interested in and relevant for the role based on the information in this pack including what you could bring to the role. If your supporting statement exceeds 2 pages, your application may be rejected.

Allen Lane are holding initial pre-screening meetings with applicants before their CV will be shared with Hertfordshire County Council (HCC).
Timings

Monday 26th April – Application deadline – You need to submit your application (CV and cover letter to hcc@allenlane.co.uk)

10th and 11th May – Formal panel interviews focused on the core competencies outlined in the more detailed job description
