Following the merger of Bowel Cancer UK and Beating Bowel Cancer in January 2018 and our recently launched rebrand this is an exciting time to join the charity as we scale up to ensure we can deliver on our ambition to stop people dying of bowel cancer. After years of being a neglected disease, bowel cancer is now very much at the forefront of the cancer agenda and so it should be as it remains the UK’s second biggest cancer killer.

Bowel Cancer UK is determined to save lives and to be a catalyst for positive change so that everyone affected by the disease has access to an early diagnosis and best treatment and care wherever they live in the UK.

As Director of Finance and Resources, you will play a key leadership role ensuring the charity has the firm foundations on which to grow and meet our strategic ambitions. You will also have the opportunity to help us develop our new five year strategy and use your commercial acumen to ensure we are maximising opportunities for growth.
