Director of Finance and Resources

Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal and Facilities through a team of five: Assistant Director of People, Head of Property and Facilities, Financial Controller, Head of Legal Services & Head of Procurement.
Role purpose
As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT), the Director of Finance and Resources will play a key role in the collective leadership of the charity, taking responsibility for the strategic development and management of Anthony Nolan’s financial and physical resources as well as organisational development. The Director of Finance and Resources will work closely with the Chief Executive (CEO) to ensure that an appropriate strategic financial and people framework is in place to guide the charity’s decision making and ensure everyone can deliver their best for our beneficiaries. They will provide strong and clear leadership, working across divisions and ensuring Finance and Resources deliver high performing, responsive and cost effective services and ensure that the organisation is resilient and can deliver its vision to save the life of everyone who needs a transplant.

Strategic Leadership

To play a key role in the leadership of Anthony Nolan as a member of the SLT to ensure that the organisation’s business objectives are achieved.

Salary
The salary for this role is circa £90,000 per annum. Starting salary is dependent on experience, but more may be available for an exceptional candidate.
