This is an excellent opportunity to join our board and be part of an exciting new chapter of our Trust’s future. As chief finance officer, you would be joining us at an important time as we continue to implement our key priorities, vision and values.

Whilst we have delivered on our financial plan for the past 18 months, we still have to tackle a significant operating deficit. It is of paramount importance that we meet this challenge head on whilst achieving a balance of sustained investment and finding ways of working to ensure we deliver the very best care for our patients.

​

This is why I’m looking for an astute, driven, flexible and determined individual who can meet the challenge and is committed to driving forward our future plans. I am looking for an individual who can demonstrate the leadership qualities, be seen as inspirational and engaging by staff and external partners.

​

You will already have demonstrated success in acute healthcare or a similar complex environment. We want someone experienced at operating at board level.
