Working with the Leadership team
You will be a member of the wider Leadership Team and you will work with me, the Chief Executive and senior leaders across the organisation to deliver the ambitious agenda set out in our 2030 Lambeth Plan.
As deputy S151, your knowledge, experience and leadership skills will be crucial in transforming the finance function as a key enabling service, to align with and respond to the future needs of the council and our residents.

While your technical knowledge and experience is a given, your leadership skills and commitment to improving the outcomes for residents, understanding the crucial role that good governance, effective resource management and value for money can make to achieving that, are equally as important.
