THE TEAM
The team is led by the Head of Finance & Compliance who works with the leadership team and the Board on financial strategy and the development of innovative systems and processes. The team also includes two Finance Officers and a Finance Coordinator.
The goal of the Finance team at Frontline is to support our colleagues to use the organisation’s financial resources to deliver the best possible outcomes for the children and families we serve. We achieve this firstly by creating a culture where people act responsibly in relation to financial resources & decisions. And secondly, by creating systems and processes which facilitate staff to achieve this as simply and easily as possible.
The role is part of the wider Operations team, which works with every team across the charity. We focus on bringing difference in the support we provide to employees, empowering them to be creative in the work that they do. Through this difference we role model, challenge and take responsibility, and we support our colleagues to take the same approach.
