CNWL is a major provider of Community and Mental health services across the South East of England. It manages in many settings from hospitals (over 1,000 beds), clinics, prisons, people’s homes and even on the road side.
We employ approximately 7,500 staff who provides more than 300 different health and social care services across 150 sites and a number of other community settings. During 2014/15, CNWL was restructured into three Divisions. This is to decentralise management, facilitate service redesign and savings and to improve organisational flexibility and responsiveness to local demand. Our catchment area covers a range of diverse communities, with over 100 first languages spoken.
CNWL’s turnover is £530m per annum and our savings target for 2019/20 is £25.8m including internal and external QIPP.
