We are a trusted recruiter to the sector and have been on the Local Government Recruitment Partnership framework since 2015, where we are consistently one of the highest performing Consultancies on the framework.

At Allen Lane we have an exceptional track record of delivery, having successfully run both interim and permanent campaigns with Authorities across the UK. From delivering recruitment campaigns post restructure of the Procurement team (20+ roles) and Finance team (10 + roles) at Westminster and the IT team at Redbridge (40 roles), to recruiting teams of interim to help deliver turnaround projects at Councils including Slough, Croydon and Birmingham.
