The Houses of Parliament and the iconic Palace of Westminster are famous the world over, transformed from royal residences and headquarters of many historic organisations to the home of a modern democracy.

The House of Commons is a key element of the UK Parliament with over 2,800 staff working behind the scenes to support the democratic process in many different ways. The House of Commons staff are politically impartial and take great pride in the vision and values which guide their work.
